Tim Milojevich first came to the city to help open La Mar Cebicheria on the Embarcadero. After three years at La Mar, he moved to Quintana Roo, Mexico, where he consulted at restaurants and resorts, and immersed himself with the food of the Yucatan. Upon his return to California, Tim accepted the opening sous chef position for Lolinda and El Techo in the Mission District. He helped the Back of House group open Belga before moving on to Michael Mina’s Test Kitchen.
