Many of these dishes are lesser-known family recipes that have unique holiday meanings according to my heritage. NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Not recommended for individuals with severe food allergies.

Raw Fish Rainbow Salad
Appetizer
Thinly sliced sushi-grade fish, vegetables, fried crisps, pomelo (or grapefruit) pulps, herbs, five spices, and sweet & sour plum sesame dressing. ________ Also known as Prosperity Toss, this dish became a Malaysian and Singaporean Lunar New Year favorite since the 60s. The bright colors symbolize celebration while each element of the dish represents different holiday wishes to the eaters.
Duck Prosciutto Shishito Peppers
Appetizer
Blistered shishito peppers topped with duck prosciutto and homemade dipping sauce.
Abalone Mushroom Chowder
Small Plate
A umami-rich Asian chowder with Australian Greenlip abalone, organic maitake mushroom, dried scallop.
Chicken en Papillote
Entree
Whole brown pullet, cooked en papilote with goji berries, Angelica sinensis and wine. Served with rice.
Red Koji Braised Pork Belly
Entree
Pork belly, slow braised with red yeast rice (koji), spices and sweet soy sauce. Served on a bed of steamed vegetables.
Drunken Large Shrimp in Clay Pot
Entree
Wild caught South American red shrimp, caramelized wine sauce, in a clay pot.
