Join us for the first in a series of dinners celebrating the produce and seafood that too often gets left behind. From wild caught California bycatch and bait fish to produce considered too "ugly" to make it onto our plates. This dinner is a partnership between Trashfish and Imperfect Produce. We are pleased to introduce our first chef partner, Chef Huntley See.
