Traditional Falafel with a Mother-Daughter Duo in Lebanon
Have fun with us in a hands-on cooking lesson where you will learn how to make traditional falafel from scratch! Your hosts are Tania and her family, born and raised in Beirut, who love sharing the secrets of Lebanese cooking with guests like you from around the world. This is a 60+ minute online class where you will learn to make falafel as well as tarator, a delicious traditional tahini sauce that pairs perfectly with your meal. Join us for an amazing a glimpse into Lebanese food and culture - all while you get to cook and enjoy a fantastic falafel meal! Please note that if you are cooking along (we hope you do!) you will need to soak the fava beans and chickpeas overnight or 24 hours before your class.
