This Nicaraguan style menu highlights my weakness for street food and was inspired by a long day hiking to a beautiful coffee plantation in the flower filled jungle high above Granada. Once off the volcano, the taste of espresso still on my lips, I went straight for the street vendors, filling my mouth with chicharrón and citrus marinated grilled pork. The combination of coffee, garlic and citrus was an unforgettable experience that I’m excited to bring to you in this meal.
