A Japanese Tasting menu featuring sushi and small plates. Focusing on Quality Ingredients, Traditional Techniques and Modern Flavors. This menu will be paired with sake by Eduardo Dingler. Eduardo Dingler was introduced to the world of sake nearly a decade ago. It began as a casual curiosity that, fostered by mentors, has grown exponentially. Eduardo Dingler is a Professional Sake, Wine, and Spirits Judge both in the US and Japan, and a Certified Sake Professional. He has led beverage programs for the Morimoto Restaurant Group throughout the world but most importantly he is a passionate Sake Ambassador. His love for this beverage has taken him to Japan several times with an ever expanding curiosity to explore the culture, gastronomy and, of course, Sake Breweries throughout the country.
