Join us as we give you an introduction to sushi. In this course we will be covering basics of sushi rolling, knife cuts and how to make sushi rice. So let the good times roll as you will be making all of your own rolls.
A few small bites before we start rolling: hamachi tacos - smoked yellowtail/guacamole/yuzu-truffle crispy rice - spicy tuna/umami soy/micro shiso house chips - togarashi/truffle oil/nori flakes
the first of 3 rolls you will be making: snow crab/avocado/cucumber/fermented green tea mayo
the second of 3 rolls: avocado/shiso leaf/jalapeno/spicy mayo
