This is a collaboration between Ryan Domingo of Larch Catering and Carlo Lamagna of Twisted Filipino / Magna. The menu will feature the amazing Pacific Northwest through foraged and preserved items that we have found along the way and incorporating them into Filipino cuisine, showing the versatility of both the ingredients and the cuisine.
