This special menu is a recollection of some dishes that my mom cooked for me when I was kid. I want to share them with you, share some of the memories that are attached to them and keep the dishes alive. This is a little homage to my mom and her cooking with a little Californian twist, because the best dishes of any cuisine is always Home Made this goes to "Mi Madre Carmen".
