This menu is inspired by the numerous trips with my mom to the Mercados in Mexico City. I am using traditional ingredients to cook dishes that my mom used to make on special occasions, and I also made some others that are found daily in the Mercado. For me, this dinner is a celebration, so I decided to recreate those traditional dishes from my childhood memories and present them to you with a modern twist.
