Its cold out. Too cold to make the trek from your kitchen to your grill...I get it. But just because the grill is out of the game for a little bit doesn't mean you can't still have delicious steak at home. In this class I'll walk you through the how's and why's of getting a perfect crust on your steak, nailing the temperature, and whether or not you reallllllly need to be patient and let your meat rest before slicing (spoiler alert: you do). Real talk: even when the weather's nice this is how I cook my steak at home. Class will include a recipe card and a shopping list for anyone following along at home.
