Risotto 101

If you've ever watched Top Chef, you know that there's no limit to what can go wrong when cooking a risotto. BUT, when its done right, risotto can be one of the most tasty and satisfying dishes out there and I want to help you add it to your culinary repertoire. Spend your Thursday night with me and I'll walk you through the do's and don'ts of risotto. We'll talk about the how but more importantly the why, so that you're armed with the right technique moving forward.
