Need's More Salt Cooking Series - "Linguine and Clams"

Name a more iconic duo - we'll wait. Linguine and clams are a match made in heaven, but live clams can also be intimidating to cook for the first time, so chef is here to walk you through the steps. You'll finish with the perfect pasta dish for any night of the week, any day of the year. In class we will focus not just on the how’s of cooking dishes but also on the why’s, so that you can leave class more knowledgeable and ready to tackle the dish again on your own any time! There will also be a live chat that will allow you to ask questions as we go so that you can truly understand the processes being used. Class will begin on Thursday, July 8th at 7:00pm.
