So we handpicked our favorites, created them all vegan, added modern fusion touch with humble taste notes from American, Mexican, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern. Turkish Tomato Pepper Dip - {Cemen}
Appetizer
It is a good way to start a dinner with çemen dip which is a classic Turkish condiment. Made with tomato paste, red hot pepper paste combined with garlic, rosemary, walnut and olive oil. Served with sweet wheat oat baguette and vegan butter.
Cheese Stuffed Pastry Rolls - {Sigara Boregi}
Small Plate
Originally called "sigara böregi", these rolls are a crispy mouth-watering meze! Made with homemade youfka dough and homemade vegan feta cheese. Lightly fried with sunflower oil. Served with homemade peach or strawberry preserve for dipping.
Turkish Zucchini Bites - {Mucver}
Small Plate
Absolute Turkish authentic meze full of veggies. The best friend of a plant hugger. Meat lovers are also welcome. Made with zucchini, carrot, scallions, parsley, and dill. Lightly fried with sunflower oil. Served with homemade chunky vegan tzatziki sauce.
Tomato Walnut Salad with Pomegranate Dressing - {Gavurdagi Salatasi}

Named after the Gavur mountain, part of Tarsus mountains in Southeast part of Turkey, this delicious salad is from the Gaziantep region. This salad is the marriage of sweet and juicy tomatoes with the crunchy walnuts. Pomegranate molasses and sumac adds the bold final touch. Made with fresh tomatoes, white onion, sweet green pepper, persian cucumber, walnut and parsley. Dressed with olive oil, pomegranate molasses and sumac.
Vegan Blue Chi Burger - {Rokfor Çig Köfte Burger}

Made in the U.S.A. The modern hamburger emerged from the need for affordable food that could be consumed outside of the home. Our burger is 100% guilt free and all vegan! Made with bulghur wheat, onion, tomato and all natural secret spice combination, our signature vegan chi meat cooked with olive oil for fresh and light taste. Served with whole cracked wheat burger buns, romaine lettuce, sundried tomato, grilled onions and dill pickles. Topped with vegan blue cheese dressing.
Oven Baked Potato Slices with Olive Spread - {Zeytin Soslu Firinda Patates Dilimleri}

A burger is not complete without potato chips! So we paired our Vegan Chi burger with these finger licking chips. Homemade lightly fried thin potato chips tossed with homemade Mediterranean garlic olive spread for healty mediterranean delight. Served with light vegan mayonnaise.
Turkish Semolina Cheesecake - {Irmik Helvalı Peynirli Kek}
Dessert
In Anatolia, the Asian part of Turkey, semolina has a social mission: it is shared with family and friends at events such as weddings, births and religious celebrations. Life, after all, is sweeter with a fine taste of a delicious dessert. A Turkish favorite dessert called "Irmik helvasi" combined with mastic gum custard made as 3 layer cheesecake. Made with semolina, pine nuts, almonds, rolled oats, cashew, rose water, mastic gum, almond milk and coconut oil. Topped with powdered cinnamon.
Mastic Gum Infused Turkish Coffee - {Damla Sakızlı Türk Kahvesi}
Beverage
Turkish coffee brewing is the oldest method of coffee preparation. Turks knew cooking of coffee grounds with water in a special coffee pot since the beginning of the 15th century. Mastic gum has been harvested for at least 2,500 years since Greek Antiquity. Hippocrates used mastic for colds and as a breath freshener. Our majestic combination of Turkish coffee and mastic gum is a taste festival in the mouth. Your choice of sugar free or sweetened with cane sugar.
