The perfect one-pot dish has lots of flavors, cheesy goodness and some wine thrown in for good measure.
Ingredients
- 1 pound penne pasta, cooked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 15 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup white wine (dry)
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan
- 20 basil leaves, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons butter
Steps
- In a large sauce pan, add olive oil and place on medium-low heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, salt, and chili flakes, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the white wine and heavy cream.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
