Crepes 3 Ways

Holy crepe, we can't decide which one of these is more delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Nutella

Steps

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together. Add the butter, milk and orange zest. Mix well, and then add the flour and salt. Stir until you get a very smooth batter.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, and brush with oil. Pour in a ladleful of batter and rotate pan so that it covers the entire bottom of the skillet. When the edges are golden, flip crepe to brown the other side. Spread with Nutella and sprinkle a little powdered sugar before serving.

  • 1 tablespoon grated coconut
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Dulce de leche
  • Brown sugar

  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, and brush with oil. Pour in a ladleful of batter and rotate pan so that it covers the entire bottom of the skillet. When the edges are golden, flip crepe to brown the other side. Spread with dulce de leche and sprinkle with brown sugar. Heat with a torch until it forms a sugary crust.

  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Chopped strawberries
  • White chocolate syrup

Steps

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs then whisk in the cocoa powder. Add the butter, milk and vanilla. Whisk together, and then add the flour and salt, and stir until you get a very smooth batter.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, and brush with oil. Pour in a ladleful of batter and rotate pan so that it covers the entire bottom of the skillet. When the edges are golden, flip to brown the other side.
  3. Fill with chopped strawberries and drizzle with white chocolate syrup before serving.
