- 2 avocados
- ½ clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup oil
- 1 chicken breast, shredded
- Pita bread
- Blend the avocado, garlic, lemon juice and cilantro until you have a smooth mixture.
- Gradually add the oil until it becomes mayonnaise. Add salt.
- Mix the avocado mayonnaise with the shredded chicken.
- Place a serving of chicken on the pita, add the arugula, roll up, and cut.
- Serve with salad.
