- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup fresh raspberries, plus more for topping
- 1/3 cup fresh blackberries, plus more for topping
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries, plus more for topping
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- Add everything to a kitchen blender except for the pistachios and puree until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Top with fresh berries and crushed pistachios, if desired.
