Triple Berry Smoatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries, plus more for topping
  • 1/3 cup fresh blackberries, plus more for topping
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries, plus more for topping
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Steps

  1. Add everything to a kitchen blender except for the pistachios and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  3. Top with fresh berries and crushed pistachios, if desired.
