- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup mango, diced
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes, plus more for topping
- 1/2 cup boiling coconut milk
- Add everything to a kitchen blender except for the orange and puree until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Top with coconut flakes, mango, and a sliced orange, if desired.
