Tropical Coconut Smoatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup mango, diced
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 cup boiling coconut milk

Steps

  1. Add everything to a kitchen blender except for the orange and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  3. Top with coconut flakes, mango, and a sliced orange, if desired.
