- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon flax meal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, plus more for topping
- 3/4 cup boiling almond milk
- Add everything to a kitchen blender except for the sliced almonds and puree until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Top with sliced banana, pure maple syrup, and sliced almonds, if desired.
