Ice Cream Cake

Rich and decadent, this might be the easiest chocolate ice cream cake ever.


  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 (14 ounces) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 (4 ounces) semisweet chocolate bars, melted
  • 1 chocolate cake
  • White chocolate, shaved in curls


  1. Using an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream and condensed milk until combined.
  2. Add the melted chocolate and mix gently.
  3. Cut the cake and remove the center so it can be filled.
  4. Spoon or pour the chocolate mixture into the cake and place in freezer for 6 hours.
  5. Top with shaved chocolate, and serve.
