Banana and Chocolate Doughnuts

Ingredients

  • For the doughnuts:
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup pastry flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • For the glaze:
  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Steps

  1. In a bowl, press the bananas and add the sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
  2. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. Place the mixture in the doughnut pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Allow doughnuts to cool.
