Banana and Chocolate Doughnuts
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup pastry flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Glaze
- 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Steps
Banana and Chocolate Doughnuts
- In a bowl, press the bananas and add the sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Place the mixture in the doughnut pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Allow doughnuts to cool.
