Ingredients
- 10 ounces rectangular pastry dough
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 12 slices mozzarella cheese
- 6 hot dogs
- Frying oil
- Ketchup, to serve
Steps
- Lay out pastry dough and brush with tomato paste. Place 2 slices of cheese onto each piece of dough.
- Add the hot dogs. Roll up dough to close then use a fork to press the edges to seal.
- Fry in hot oil. Serve with ketchup.

- 6 slices bread, crusts removed
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 6 hot dogs
- Beaten egg
- Panko
- Frying oil
- Mustard, for serving
Steps
- Lay out the bread slices and use a rolling pin to flatten. Top with a slice of cheese, then add a hot dog and roll up. Repeat the process with the other slices.
- Wrap each hot dog in a piece of foil and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Remove foil, dip in the beaten egg and then the panko.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve with mustard.

- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 6 strips of bacon
- 6 hot dogs
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- Mustard, for serving
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lay out the puff pastry and cut into 1/2-inch strips. Brush strips with barbecue sauce and lay a piece of bacon on each. Roll the strips of dough and bacon around the hot dogs. Place on a baking sheet, brush with the yolk and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Serve with mustard.
