- 10 ounces rectangular pastry dough
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 12 slices mozzarella cheese
- 6 hot dogs
- Frying oil
- Ketchup, to serve
- Lay out pastry dough and brush with tomato paste. Place 2 slices of cheese onto each piece of dough. Add the hot dogs. Roll up dough to close then use a fork to press the edges to seal.
- Fry in hot oil. Serve with ketchup.
