• 10 ounces rectangular pastry dough
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 6 hot dogs
  • Frying oil
  • Ketchup, to serve


  1. Lay out pastry dough and brush with tomato paste. Place 2 slices of cheese onto each piece of dough.
  2. Add the hot dogs. Roll up dough to close then use a fork to press the edges to seal.
  3. Fry in hot oil. Serve with ketchup.
