• 7 ounces puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 6 hot dogs
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • Mustard, for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lay out the puff pastry and cut into 1/2-inch strips. Brush strips with barbecue sauce and lay a piece of bacon on each. Roll the strips of dough and bacon around the hot dogs. Place on a baking sheet, brush with the yolk and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Serve with mustard.
