Ingredients
- 7 ounces puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 6 strips of bacon
- 6 hot dogs
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- Mustard, for serving
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lay out the puff pastry and cut into 1/2-inch strips. Brush strips with barbecue sauce and lay a piece of bacon on each. Roll the strips of dough and bacon around the hot dogs. Place on a baking sheet, brush with the yolk and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Serve with mustard.
