Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup basic muesli
  • 1/2 cup low-fat quark
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon cashews
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon hazelnuts
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Steps

  1. Stir the quark, yogurt and vanilla in a bowl until creamy. Add the nuts, the hemp seeds and the basic muesli. Sweeten with maple syrup.
