4 Easy Corn on the Cob Recipes

Whether you go classic butter and herb or adventurous with roasted curry — corn on the cob is a must at every BBQ.


  • 4 ears of corn
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup Mexican crema
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup cotija
  • Pinch cayenne
  • 2 limes
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Drizzle corn with oil, and grill until charred, about 15 minutes.
  2. Mix mayo, crema and chili powder. Roll grilled corn in mayo mixture, then cover with crumbled cheese. Sprinkle with cayenne, cilantro and lime.
