Curry Roasted Corn

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix spices together. Rub corn with oil and coat in spices. Place on a sheet tray and roast for 20 minutes.
  3. Mix yogurt and chutney. Dip corn in yogurt and enjoy.
