Get a completely nutritious meal, all in a jar, with simple lunches featuring chicken, noodles, beans, and veggies.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups canned white beans
- 1/3 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley
Steps
- In a glass jar, add the olive oil, lime juice, salt and black pepper. Add beans, tomato, onion and parsley.
- Add lid, and shake to mix well before eating.

- 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup sauteed chicken, diced
- 1/3 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/3 cup croutons
Steps
- In a glass jar, add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and black pepper.
- Add the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and croutons.
- Add lid, and shake to mix well before eating.

- 1 teaspoon chopped scallions

- Add lid, and shake to mix well before eating.

- Bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon chopped scallions
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

- In a glass jar, add the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and black pepper.
- Add the rice vermicelli, carrots, mushrooms, sprouts, scallions and sesame seeds. Add lid, and shake to mix well before eating.
