Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sauteed chicken, diced
  • 1/3 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup croutons

Steps

  1. In a glass jar, add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and croutons.
  3. Add lid, and shake to mix well before eating.
