- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup rice vermicelli, cooked according to package instructions
- 1/3 cup carrot sticks
- 1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms
- Bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon chopped scallions
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- In a glass jar, add the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and black pepper.
- Add the rice vermicelli, carrots, mushrooms, sprouts, scallions and sesame seeds. Add lid, and shake to mix well before eating.
