Rice Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup rice vermicelli, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1/3 cup carrot sticks
  • 1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms
  • Bean sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped scallions
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Steps

  1. In a glass jar, add the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and black pepper.
  2. Add the rice vermicelli, carrots, mushrooms, sprouts, scallions and sesame seeds. Add lid, and shake to mix well before eating.
