Penguins: Place jumbo marshmallows on skewers. Dip marshmallows into melted chocolate. Use a spoon to help create penguin wings. Add eyes and half a pistachio for the beak. Let chocolate harden at room temperature.
Snowman: Cut marshmallows in half horizontally, dot with black icing for the eyes and mouth. Finish with a piece of apricot for the nose.
S’mores: Dip half the marshmallow in melted chocolate and roll in graham cracker crumbs.
Candy Cane: Use mini candy canes to skewer the marshmallows. Dip marshmallows into melted chocolate then into crushed peppermint candy. Let chocolate harden at room temperature.
