With bright citrus, sweet maple syrup, chia seeds and coconut water, these caffeine-free beverages will have you feeling refreshed in no time.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 2 cups carbonated water
- Ice
Steps
- Fill glass with ice.
- Pour apple cider vinegar, fresh lime juice, pure maple syrup into glass and then fill remaining glass with carbonated water.
- Stir and enjoy.

- 2 tablespoon black chia seeds
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 2 cups hot water
Steps
- Mix the black chia seeds, hot water, orange juice, and pure maple syrup together in a large glass container.
- Transfer to refrigerator and and allow to cool for 2 hours.
- Stir and enjoy.

- 1 lemon, juiced

- Add the coconut water, ginger coins, lemon, and pure maple syrup in a large glass.
