Ginger Coconut Tonic

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 3 thinly sliced ginger coins
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps

  1. Add the coconut water, ginger coins, lemon, and pure maple syrup in a large glass.
  2. To make it easier to remove the ginger coins, you can attach them to a toothpick spear.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then remove the ginger from the glass.
  4. Stir and enjoy.
