Orange Chia Fresca


  • 2 tablespoon black chia seeds
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 2 cups hot water


  1. Mix the black chia seeds, hot water, orange juice, and pure maple syrup together in a large glass container.
  2. Transfer to refrigerator and and allow to cool for 2 hours.
  3. Stir and enjoy.
