Ingredients

  • 2 chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. In a baking dish, add the wings and sprinkle salt around and on top.
  2. Season with pepper and red pepper flakes and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

  • 1 cup onion, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 cups beer
  • To serve:
  • Cooked potatoes
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. In a baking dish, layer the onions on the bottom then add garlic and chicken thighs. Season with salt and pepper, then pour beer in the bottom of the dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with potatoes sprinkled with red pepper flakes and drizzled with olive oil.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in cubes.
  2. Beat the eggs and add the milk, mustard, paprika and garlic.
  3. Dip each chicken piece in the egg mixture then in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Place on a greased baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with dipping sauces.

  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • To serve:
  • Cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  • Chopped parsley

Steps

  1. Add olive oil to a deep-sided pan over medium heat, and brown the chicken legs on both sides. Add the salt, pepper, onion, chili, lime juice, curry and broth. Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Serve with the rice and sprinkle with roasted peanuts and parsley.
