- Wonton wrappers
- 1 container burrata cheese in water (4 balls)
- Nutmeg, grated
- Using the creamy center of the burrata ball, place 1 tablespoon on a wonton wrapper.
- Grate a small amount of nutmeg on top.
- Close up ravioli using the same method as above.
- Cook ravioli in a pot of gently boiling salted water for about 2-3 minutes, or until they float to the top.
- Serve with pesto and shaved Parmesan.
