• Wonton wrappers
  • 1 container burrata cheese in water (4 balls)
  • Nutmeg, grated


  1. Using the creamy center of the burrata ball, place 1 tablespoon on a wonton wrapper.
  2. Grate a small amount of nutmeg on top.
  3. Close up ravioli using the same method as above.
  4. Cook ravioli in a pot of gently boiling salted water for about 2-3 minutes, or until they float to the top.
  5. Serve with pesto and shaved Parmesan.
