- 1 pound potatoes, cooked
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- Leaves from 2 stems of rosemary
- With a fist, smash the potatoes. Set aside.
- In a frying pan, add the olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
- Place the smashed potatoes in the pan and saute until golden.
- Season with freshly ground salt.
