• 1 pound potatoes, cooked
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • Leaves from 2 stems of rosemary
  • Salt


  1. With a fist, smash the potatoes. Set aside.
  2. In a frying pan, add the olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
  3. Place the smashed potatoes in the pan and saute until golden.
  4. Season with freshly ground salt.
