5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

What's not to love about these easy-to-make, peanut buttery and chunky chocolate cookies?


  • 1/2 cup organic extra chunky peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, break up the banana and peanut butter with the back of a fork until completely combined. Add the flour, baking soda and chocolate chips and combine.
  3. Roll into 2-inch balls, and press down on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until browned on outside and chewy in the middle. Let cool slightly before serving.
