- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1 whole Brie round
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Wrap Brie in the center of prosciutto. Place the Brie in the center of the puff pastry sheet. Put the cranberry sauce on top, then wrap up like a parcel with the surrounding pastry. Brush all over with the beaten egg and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
