Mini Veggie Quiches

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry
  • Cooked vegetables (peas, leeks, asparagus, etc.)
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ounces cheddar, grated

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut out circles of pasty and use to line 4 tart pans. Divide the cooked vegetables among the tins.
  3. Beat together the egg and cream and pour over each tart pan. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 15 minutes.
