Cocktail (Rosemary Maple Bourbon Sour)

Ingredients

  • 2 springs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 shot of bourbon
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Steps

  1. Smoke the glass by torching one stalk of rosemary and placing the glass over top. Slap the second sprig and place in a shaker along with ice, bourbon, lemon and maple syrup. Shake to mix well and then pour into the smoked glass. Throw away the burnt rosemary.
