Sweet Potato Ravioli with Maple, Brown Butter and Sage

Ingredients

  • Sweet Potato Ravioli, cooked to package directions
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 20 sage leaves
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Steps

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat and add sage leaves. Cook on low until the butter begins to turn brown. Remove from heat and add maple syrup and cinnamon. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce.
