  • 1/2 failed birthday cake
  • 2 cups whipped heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate, melted

Steps

  1. Break the birthday cake into pieces and mix with the whipped heavy cream to combine.
  2. Roll the sponge into truffle-size balls and leave to set in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Melt the chocolate and pour over the truffles. Place back in the fridge until fully set.

  1. Whip the cream to soft peaks and add the condensed milk.
  2. Break the birthday cake into pieces and crumble into the cream mixture. Transfer to a freezable container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.
