- 1/2 failed birthday cake
- 2 cups whipped heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate, melted
- Break the birthday cake into pieces and mix with the whipped heavy cream to combine.
- Roll the sponge into truffle-size balls and leave to set in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate and pour over the truffles. Place back in the fridge until fully set.
