• 1/2 failed birthday cake
  • 2 cups whipped heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate, melted


  1. Break the birthday cake into pieces and mix with the whipped heavy cream to combine.
  2. Roll the sponge into truffle-size balls and leave to set in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Melt the chocolate and pour over the truffles. Place back in the fridge until fully set.
