Turmeric Kombucha Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 inches fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped

  • 1 1/4 cups water

  • 1/4 cup raw honey

  • Pinch black pepper

  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 cup grapes, frozen

  • Kombucha

  • Mint, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice turmeric and add to a pan with water. Simmer for 20 minutes.

  2. Strain, stir in honey to dissolve and add pinch of black pepper. Cool slightly and stir in lemon juice.

  3. Place 1/2 cup frozen grapes in each glass. Pour turmeric mixture into glass and top with kombucha.

Peachy Green Tea Ginger Ale

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ginger, peeled and chopped

  • 2 1/2 cups water

  • 2 green tea bags

  • 3 tablespoons raw honey

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup peach nectar

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Add ginger to a pan with water. Bring to a simmer and cook 1/2 hour.

  2. Strain ginger and add green tea bags and honey. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain.

  3. To make the drink, place some blueberries in a glass and pour in 1/4 cup ginger. Stir in peach nectar and cayenne pepper. Top with sparkling water.

Aloe Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup aloe juice

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 handful of fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Banana Coconut Smoothie

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 1 large banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Pinch of nutmeg

  • Pinch of pink sea salt

  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
