- 4 1/2 inches fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- Pinch black pepper
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup grapes, frozen
- Mint, to garnish
- Peel and dice turmeric and add to a pan with water. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Strain, stir in honey to dissolve and add pinch of black pepper. Cool slightly and stir in lemon juice.
- Place 1/2 cup frozen grapes in each glass. Pour turmeric mixture into glass and top with kombucha.
