6 Easy, Healthy-ish Summer Snacks

Fruit has never tasted so good — try these easy hacks for fun and guilt-free warm weather snacks.

Ingredients

  • Dehydrated Fruit
  • Banana slices
  • Pineapple slices
  • Watermelon slices
  • Apple 'Donuts'
  • Sliced and cored apple
  • Peanut butter
  • Raisins
  • Granola
  • Blueberry Yogurt Bites
  • Blueberries
  • Flavored yogurt
  • Chocolate-Dipped Mandarin
  • Mandarins
  • Dark chocolate
  • Flaked salt
  • Frozen Grapes
  • Red grapes
  • Green grapes
  • Banana PB 'Sandwiches'
  • Sliced banana
  • Peanut butter
  • Dark chocolate

Steps

  1. Dehydrated Fruit
  2. Place fruit slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Dry in the oven at 125°F for 8-10 hours or until fully dried.
  3. Apple 'Donuts'
  4. Spread peanut butter on one side of each apple slice. Top with raisins or granola.
  5. Blueberry Yogurt Bites
  6. In a bowl, combine berries and yogurt. Use a fork to lift and place one blueberry, at a time, onto a baking sheet. Freeze and store in a freezer storage bag.
  7. Chocolate-Dipped Mandarin
  8. Peel a mandarin and separate the segments. Melt some dark chocolate, and dip each segment to cover halfway. Place on a parchment-lined sheet, sprinkle the chocolate with salt, and chill until firm.
  9. Frozen Grapes
  10. Remove grapes from the stems. Wash and drain well. Transfer to a freezer bag and freeze.
  11. Banana PB 'Sandwiches'
  12. Spread peanut butter onto banana slices and sandwich with another banana slice. Melt dark chocolate and dip each sandwich halfway to cover. Place on a parchment-lined sheet, and chill until firm.
