• 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 3.5 ounces mini peanut butter cups, some chopped


  1. Whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add the condensed milk and peanut butter and whisk to combine.
  3. Fold through the peanut butter cups then pour the mixture into a freezable container.
  4. Leave to freeze for at least 6 hours then scoop and serve.
