- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3.5 ounces mini peanut butter cups, some chopped
- Whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add the condensed milk and peanut butter and whisk to combine.
- Fold through the peanut butter cups then pour the mixture into a freezable container.
- Leave to freeze for at least 6 hours then scoop and serve.
