Chocolate fridge cake

Ingredients

  • 13 ounces mixed cookies
  • 5 ounces dark chocolate
  • 5 ounces milk chocolate
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5 ounces honey

Steps

  1. Over a low heat melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup. Break up the biscuits and stir most of them into the chocolate. Pour into a shallow dish and sprinkle with the remaining biscuit pieces. Allow to set in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting into slices.
