- 13 ounces mixed cookies
- 5 ounces dark chocolate
- 5 ounces milk chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5 ounces honey
- Over a low heat melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup.
- Break up the biscuits and stir most of them into the chocolate.
- Pour into a shallow dish and sprinkle with the remaining biscuit pieces.
- Allow to set in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting into slices.
